The chalet is well designed and feels like it's a home from home. The bedrooms are incredibly spacious and light with loads of storage space. The beds are incredibly comfy with gorgeous linen, which makes you feel really spoilt.

The atmosphere in the chalet is really relaxed giving you the opportunity to just chill out. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have a fantastic stay.

As Helen and Chris live locally they are able to give you great tips on where best to ski, along with the best ‘hot chocolate’ and lunch stops (very important).

We had a fantastic break and can’t wait to return for some more pampering.

This was my first holiday on my own and my first to a ski resort. Jodi and Paul were excellent chalet hosts and their customer service and hospitality was exceptional. They answered any questions you had and they had excellent knowledge of the area. The food was outstanding and as a non meat eater they provided delicious meat free alternatives. Starters, mains and desserts were all lovely and there was an optional cheese course, if you wished. The chalet is situated in a lovely, quiet, peaceful location with stunning views of the mountains. The rooms were a good size with complimentary toiletries. St Martin, the nearest village had a selection of shops and restaurants. As a non ski person, there was plenty to do including lots of shopping!!! I would certainly recommend this chalet. After returning home, I am seriously considering another trip next season. I wish Paul and Jodi all the success with their new business.

As we have stayed with Helen twice before as a couple we thought we would try as a family and we were not disappointed. The chalet is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, relaxing and very warm. The attention to detail is the key of the service provided by all concerned, chef, host, driver and owners. We had a fabulous time and would definitely book again as a couple or as a family. Made to feel special like you should when you are on holiday, even our 3 year old Granddaughter learned to ski. Thanks guys.

We (my husband and I) stayed at Chalet Abode for 7 nights in January 2017 as a birthday treat for my husband. This was the first time we had stayed in a high-end, fully catered chalet, sharing with people we hadn’t met before. At peak times, the Chalet is only available on a Sole Occupancy basis but, in quieter off peak periods, individual rooms are available to book which gives couples (like us) the chance to experience this type of high end Catered Chalet accommodation. These are Adults Only weeks.||||We arrived on a snowy evening after a 2.5 hour transfer from Geneva and any reservations we might have had were forgotten the moment the door was opened. Warmly greeted like old friends by the chalet owners Helen and Chris and staff, we were instantly at home in this cosy renovated farmhouse sipping fizz in front of the fire. The property is lovely and sympathetically restored balancing the old and traditional with the new and contemporary - you can tell this is more than a business to its owners. The comfy open plan living and dining area is at the top of the house and is blessed with stunning views of the mountains - a nice surprise when you arrive in the dark and it’s the first thing you see at breakfast! ||||We didn’t think we could do 6 out of 7 nights of 5 course meals but we needn’t have worried. The food was excellent, varied, honest and beautifully presented with no unnecessary faff. Each course was paired with a different wine allowing us to sample a very wide variety during our stay and there was no shortage of it! Breakfast was also excellent, the daily special was hard to turn down but then so was everything else. Afternoon tea was ready for your return, suitably modest and tasty - you didn’t want to spoil dinner after all. And we needn’t have worried about our fellow guests either; good fun every night with some really interesting, like-minded people.|| ||The Chalet is not ski-in ski-out, but for us that was definitely not an issue at all. It’s less than five minutes’ drive to the ski lift (which was no inconvenience) and the staff will sort everything out - you don’t have to lug anything anywhere. A quick call from the top of the last run and someone will be at the bottom to pick you up and carry your skis for you. ||||The Chalet is located in in Villarabout just above St Martin de Bellville and so you don’t feel like you’re in a ski resort, rather a delightful little hamlet which is better (in our view). The Chalet arranged for a ski instructor / guide who really improved our skiing and was also great company. We had excellent lunches on piste at la Ferme de Roberty in Les Menuires, Castors in Meribel and the best was Chez Pepe between Val Thorens and Les Menuires. All were recommended by Helen or our guide. ||||And one final thing that really made this a special break - the staff are wonderful! They are full of the joys of life and it shows in how they look after you, you really couldn’t meet nicer folk. Chef Dan and hostess Abbi deserve a special mention - not just for making my husband’s birthday special with the best chocolate cake ever and teaching him how to get his poached eggs right (which he has succeeded to do at home) - but for their attentive service and getting the level of engagement with all guest just right which is a difficult thing to pull off.||||5 stars from us.

If you are looking for a catered ski holiday in Saint Martin then look no further than Chalet Chamois and its wonderful hosts Paul and Jodi. From the moment we arrived Paul and Jodi could not do anymore for us, they were tremendous hosts from the food to Paul shuttling us to and from the ski lift. Nothing is ever to much trouble for them. The chalet is beautiful, spacious, with great views, as you would expect and is an ideal retreat after a hard days skiing. Since our return to the UK we have told friends and family of our experience and if they are planning a skiing trip soon there is only one place to stay, Chalet Chamois with Paul and Jodi. Keep up the good work guys and we will see you next season.

I knew we were going to be well catered for when we arrived at 10pm and Paul & Jodi had no qualms in serving up a lovely home cooked meal. The views from the chalet are unbelievable and relaxing in front of a fire with a glass of wine was the perfect end to a full day skiing - Chalet chamois did not disappoint. If you're looking for a warm welcome, great home cooked food and a great time skiing in the mountains, Alpine view chalets is definitely the place to be. Massive thanks again Jodi & Paul for making my first skiing holiday so enjoyable.

Alpine View Chalet Hosts, Paul and Jodi, will ensure all your needs are covered from start to finish. From the hearty breakfast to the freshly baked home made cakes on return to the chalet after a glorious days' skiing, all tastes are catered for.||As a beginner skier, the variety of slopes provided a great training ground,and returning to a welcoming chalet every evening was a pleasure, with a delicious home cooked 4 course evening meal to look forward to.||The views from the chalet are spectacular, making it a great location for walkers as well as skiers. Definitely, Alpine View Chalets is more than just skiing!!||The Pye Contingent.
