The RTO office is very old building and it's infrastructure is outdated. Every procedure is now online and there is no need to come here for anything other than LL test or Driving License Test (which is locally called "trial"). Almost all application requests can be made using Parivahan Sewa portal (online website), if you cannot do the online processes by yourself then you can come here (at RTO) and you will always find many agents waiting for you. You can simply hire agent to do all the procedure for you but it comes at high cost. (Agents are very expensive and they also have take high commission). Any agent will do full work for you, on your behalf until you get your driving license (or any other job done). Do note that this (RTO) department is very corrupt and officers will take money for getting your job done (if everything is clear from your side, they may not take money from you), if you pay money you can get any job done here. Also for 2 wheeler you need to drive in 8 path (shown in photos below) and for 4 wheeler you need to just drive a circle around the trial area (very simple task for a decent driver)

I see more agents here than the matrix movie itself.
Officials take bribe, not helpful. They will misbehave unless u give them money.
The exams are not relevant on some parameters.
The staff is not helpful because they get cut from these agent people from ur hard earn money.
They dont have infrastructure.
Dont have dispute resolution mechanism.

One thing to note is dont park outside the RTO office you would see vehicles parked outside but it is a no parking zone so RTO wale could just take your vehicle(to irwind rto office) so always park inside the rto office there is plenty of parking available there
