Jaime did a great job. Very nice person, very helpful and a joy to talk to. Sent us a lot of information for discount things to do in Orlando. The package that was offered us was a very good price, cheaper than other places by a lot. Very impressive customer service and Jaime is a very quality person. Would highly recommend. He did say it would take up to 72 hours to get confirmation, it actually only took about 48 and he personally called me to confirm and make sure, I was good with everything.

The manatee swimming tour was definitely an exciting one. I really love water mammals and this was the perfect way to get into the water and get up close and personal with them.

Thankfully, I didn’t have to eat breakfast because you are given a bagged breakfast on the ride to the excursion.

Once we made it to the alcove where many manatees like to hang out the boat was anchored and everyone began to slowly get into the water.

I was a bit scared initially event though manatees are very docile and playful, they still weigh upwards of 1,300 pounds. The fear quickly left. I extended my arm out as one came nearby and rubbed its belly. They LOVE belly rubs and this is the perfect way to interact with them.

Over the course of an hour I saw well over a dozen manatees and watched as others interacted with them. One woman was even playfully nudged by one of these sea cows.

This was beyond and amazing experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat, especially since I’ve quelled my fears of these big, grey cuties. Thank you for this majestic day with this lovely animals.

I purchased a vacation on their website. After my purchase I called to confirm and spoke with an older male who, at the time, was very helpful. He advised me I would receive a confirmation email within two to three business days. So, I waited. On the afternoon of the third business day, I decided to call for status. Upon answering the phone, the same male picked up the phone but did not greet the call. Instead, he very rudely declared he could not help me and good luck to me. All of this was before I could get a "hello" in! After a few moments of more rudeness, he advised me than an email was sent a day after our initial conversation, and I did not respond. When I advised him I had received no email there was more rudeness, and he did not care. I asked him to speak to me in a respectful manner and he refused and told me he was going to hang up on me. He proceeded to do so.

I did nothing wrong. This lack of professionalism is borderline psychotic!

I am sharing this experience so future clients can make an informed decision regarding who to service their vacation needs.

I arranged airport pickup at Orlando before leaving Australia. On arrival at Orlando I was delighted to see my friendly and courteous driver was waiting for us and drove us to our accommodation. A return pickup was also arranged and our driver was there right on time (5 am) to pick us up. A great service and reasonably priced.

I called and was told great thing. They have an excellent customer service but when i call the hotel . They hotel alerted festiva that they were a scam. they refer me to a diffrent agency
