Karen of The Chief Concierge did a wonderful job shopping for me. I had to leave New Orleans before I could make my way back to a shop to pick up some t-shirts that I wanted as souvenirs. These shirts were not available anywhere online. I was already home in California when I did a search on the internet for “personal shoppers” in New Orleans. Karen was the only one who responded to my unusual request. She found the shop that sold the shirts (I did not remember the exact address on Bourbon Street to give to her) , confirmed the details via photos and texts, bought the shirts and promptly shipped them to me via UPS. I received exactly what I requested. I highly recommend using The Chief Concierge for all your New Orleans wishes. Karen makes them come true!

I spoke with Karen while preparing for a recent trip to NOLA. She's fantastic - very friendly, with a wealth of information about the area and attractions. Being a local herself, she was a very valuable resource, and helped us to choose restaurants, tours, and the best times of days to do certain activities.

She brought up things I hadn't even considered, knew how much time things would realistically take (a real benefit in planning!) and all her recommendations were great. We had a wonderful time on our trip. Thanks Karen!

My recent trip to New Orleans for a wedding was great. The wedding was very nice. The issue I incurred was activities for the preceding two days. I reached out to the Concierge for advise and suggestions.
I was very pleased with the quick, thorough and very informative responses over a several day period.

Karen at Chief Concierge in New Orleans diligently secured fine dining reservations for me at Arnauds, R’evolution, Brennan’s and Mr. B’s Bistro on very short notice. She accomplished this after I was unable to to do it myself because all of these restaurants were fully booked and told me no reservations were available. Karen followed up with me daily during the process of her contacting the restaurants on my behalf. I was very impressed that she got all the reservations I requested. Thanks Karen,
