Some of the best ramen I’ve had in a while. You can find this place inside Mitsuwa. A gem really. The noodles had the perfect bit and texture. They are not stingy with their pork and give you big, thick pieces. Most of the pieces were nice and tender to the bite. Lastly, the broth was amazing. I usually don’t finish the broth for ramen, but I had mostly all of it. It wasn’t too salty and had a rich flavor to it. My only qualm was the egg. The egg was completely hard boiled which I’m not a fan of and had a snappy texture. I personally love soft boiled with my ramen, but definitely not worth two dollars in my opinion. HOWEVER, the egg is not enough for me to knock down the score. This ramen was top tier. So sad I don’t live in Illinois for this one.

Low key spot, but in my opinion one of the better places to get ramen in Schaumburg, and the best food available in the Mitsuwa food court overall. Broth is very savory and fatty, char siu is tender, and the noodles have the toothsome texture characteristic of ramen noodles. Just good all around.

We stopped here for another quick lunch and this time we tried the Ramen place! I ordered the Miso Ramen medium size and it was very tasty and the broth was really good, had a lot of flavor and the noodles were cooked just right! My husband ordered the soy sauce ramen combo, which came with a hard boil egg and a bowl of rice with chopped up char siu! The rice bowl was kinda plain, needed some sauce! I have to give the service a 5 star, the staff were really friendly and helpful! I will definitely go back and try other ramen bowls!

Ramen is good! You can never fail with the tonkotsu ramen, very rich and tasty.
If there's a line you'll most likely be waiting for about an hour.
Also, only order ramen from here, anything else like the rice is average. Ramen is superb

Amazing food and front staff.
Very friendly front end staff. Food is always delicious every time we visit. Did have an issue with a Door dash order that apparently isn't used by their business anymore. The manager (young lady with purple hair) was very rude and walked off after just stating that they don't take orders via door dash. They did not take the time to at least work with me for a resolution. In the end, the gentlemen at the front fulfilled the order because they felt the situation was not right and made the food per the order submitted.
They were definitely customer-centric and the manager should receive some training on customer issues regarding the business.

I’ve been coming to this Ramen shop since I was in high school and it’s still one of the favorites in town. Don’t be afraid of the long line it won’t last too long and it will definitely be worth the wait. I always get all of the extras like the egg and the salmon rice with salmon eggs. It would be advantageous for your party to have somebody wait in line while somebody looks for a table during busy days.
