Base Camp Coffee review:
$3.50 drip coffee self serve with an assortment of creamers and sugars. Very cute cups and sleeves, decent coffee and very friendly staff in a very clean, new building shared with the merch, guest/ticket services and rentals. No place to sit though…

Ski review:
Brundage is attempting to take first place favorite mountain for me. We skied on a Monday second weekend of December. There was no one here. Never waited for even a second in a lift line. I loved every blue and green run I did (my husband is the skier, he loooooved the blacks and the trees and the expert terrain in Hidden Valley). It continuously lightly snowed all day so I got some experience in a little powder as well. Magical, majestic views all day. Gosh it was just the perfect day.

Lodge review:
Hard to hang out, which I tried to do for the first two hours while my husband got a few in by himself. I ended up sitting in the corner of Smoky’s but felt guilty for not ordering, but my waitress was very sweet she kept checking on me but not kicking me out or telling me I needed to buy food. I read my book until I actually got food, which I’ll leave the review for over on Smoky’s!

I have been quite a few snow resorts and this one is a good pick. The snow was well groomed. The lounge was warm with good food and drinks. I would say this mountain is more for Skiers. Snowboarding was fun but most of the hills are rough with moguls. Was a great time with lots of fun with the friends.

If you like ski resorts where the groomed runs are suggestions and not the requirements, this is your resort. Every blue had a parallel black through the trees. Much of the green runs are in a specific area with the separate Bear chair pass, so it's easy to stay skiing within groups of the same ability.

Great slopes! Skiing on Christmas! Loved it! Well groomed! Very nice staff. Short lines. Lots of options when it comes to which run you want to take. Absolutely amazing view from the top! Only thing is the green slopes are not that easy for beginners. I taught my family to ski on the little practice slope and then when I felt they were doing well and needed more of a challenge, we decided to run a green slope. It was so hard for them (even I knew they were hard for a green slope and I run black diamonds) the whole place and experience was unforgettable, but if you are new to skiing, it's either the way too easy starters slope at the bottom or the "almost Impossible" green slope for the beginner. But the family still enjoyed it. ?

Brundage is always a special place to ride. Low crowds, good food, and good vibes. I took some buddies from the east coast up there and we basically lapped hidden valley for 4 days straight. Some absolutely insane and incredible terrain back there. On our final day I did something I haven’t done with the resort in the past, I got a guided snowmobile tour on their 850 summit fleet. Our guide was Chad and he was nothing short of awesome. Took us of trail, hill climbing, and lake racing. We had a couple guys that had never ridden before and he was able to get them mostly keeping up with the rest of us. If you’re planning a trip to this mountain I would definitely look into the snowmobile rides. It may be a little spendy but it is worth every dollar

Crawford in customer services saved the day when my season pass went missing! This place is great. The lift attendants like Brant and Rommi are so friendly and very safety conscious. Crowds are usually very light. Snow is typically really fun.

Sitting upstairs in the snack bar area. The area is nice and clean and everyone is spaced out. The food is delicious but the kitchen could be faster. Food is cooked as ordered and hot. If you like French fries those baskets are huge. You get 3 chicken strips and they were delicious. We asked for barbecue sauce to dip the strips. Expresso coffee service was fast.

Amazing mountain. Came from North Carolina and everyone here was super friendly and helpful to any questions I had. Plenty of terrain for all skill levels and the snow quality on the groomers was better than I have ever had. It hadn't snowed for a couple of days and there was still fresh powder all over. This will likely be an annual trip for us.
