This store is wonderful! They have the most amazing selection of toys and are so helpful when you ask them to help pick out something age appropriate. Everyone who works here is very helpful. The best part is, if you are shopping for a gift, they will gift wrap it for you -- no depressing gift bags from a big website -- like actual, lovely wrapping paper that looks beautiful. Prices are competitive and what I would expect to pay. Generous exchange policy. Just 10/10 and I will be buying from here from now on!

Very well-stocked with kids toys, price is reasonable, staff are friendly. Life-saver personally since when it comes to buying hard to find toy and get it on hand right away (compared to buying online and waits for days)

I love this store! I’m amazed at the variety of toys and books they manage to fit in there, for every age. Such a fun visit with friendly staff, and my son loves to play with the train set they have set up in there.

One of my favorite stores for shopping for my grandchildren. It's got great toys and games that expand their minds. The owners are very knowledgeable about their products. Don't be afraid to ask them questions.

This is one of the best toy stores I’ve ever been to! So many unique and thoughtful gifts, little things for stocking stuffers. Free gift wrap service is a lifesaver for last minute gift stops. Their staff is always friendly and welcoming. Love love love ❤️ Building Blocks!

This is one of the best toy stores around, and my go-to for kid presents. The staff are very helpful, and I frequently will go in and give minimal information (as in, I need something for a 9 year old boy under $40) and they always have something spot on (in that particular case it was foam ax throwing). I could be in and out with a perfect wrapped present in under 15 minutes if my kids didn’t need to look at everything ? They wrap it and make it easy, and I continue to come back even though I no longer live in the city.

Products are great and I overall love the store, but when I entered the store on December 23rd around 1 PM, I was not greeted by any of the 3 staff members standing by the cash register. All 3 were chit chatting about their favorite restaurants and none of them offered to help. They were talking and laughing rather loudly and didn’t even offer any help when I struggled to reached up to grab a stuffed animal on display above the shelves. The store is really amazing and the staff is usually very helpful but it was a rather negative experience to not even get a hello from store staff.
