Emplacement idéal dans le centre de Perros pour découvrir la côte de granite rose. appartement très bien équipé, place de parking privative, échanges faciles avec les hôtes. Bel endroit pour partager de bons moments en famille.

What a fantastic place! We fell in love and can't wait to come back. The location is smack in the middle of town, next to a supermarket and with Restaurants and other shops just around the corner. The private parking is a plus and you can walk to the beach in 20min if you'd like.
The bed was probably the comfiest I have ever slept in at a Vacation Home and the place was lovingly decorated and the kitchen fully equipped.
What a Gem! Fully recommend, 12 out of 10. Thank you!

Just like the famous Ciders of the region, a stay at Clint House is the perfect tonic to refresh the mind and body, leaving one feeling vivacious, energized and relaxed.

Our tale begins when ten intrepid Australians (six adults & four young children) decided to journey 17,000km all the way from Melbourne to the Pink Granite Coast of northern Brittany. Our base for our Brittany sojourn in the picturesque village of Perros-Guirec was the fresh, clean, and charming Clint House.

From the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted by the affable Peg, to the delight at finding a friendly hedgehog had made our backyard its home, to the long days spent sampling the local delicacies and exploring the beautiful coastline, Clint House served as the perfect lodgings for our trip.

We had a wonderful stay at Clint house. It was in a perfect location, close to shops and cafes. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and very clean, it was the perfect base to explore Perros Guirec and the surrounds. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
