Rob and his crew are an exception to the sometimes sketchy used medical equipment biz. His techs and their knowledge base are excellent. Not kidding, EXCELLENT. They are not cheap, they are fairly priced for the high quality and after-sale commitment. 1. I texted that a simple part was missing from a recent equipment order, they sent it out within hours - so fast it was on its way before I could tell them I made a mistake and had it all the time. 2. Another piece of equipment worked perfectly when arrived, an employee mishandled and broke it. Rob repaired with his own parts at substantial discount from listed price because of the recent purchase. 3. They know EVERYTHING. They give chapter and verse on troubleshooting equipment I purchase from them (or even stuff I haven't!) at no charge.

The Dr's Toy Store is great. We have been using them for over 10 years to support some of our equipment needs for our medical practice in Boca Raton. I just sold them back some exam tables we bought from them several years ago and used the credit towards an upgraded/ newer unit. Talk about being there in the long run! Where else these days do you get to sell back your used equipment to the guys who originally sold it to you? Tom and Rob were great as always. We look forward to working together again in the future.
