They do not answer the phone at all, either the phone keeps ringing or it’s busy. My request has been pending from 3 months now and I have visited this place 3 times already where I did not get proper response and they ask me to come again. The people who work here have a very bad attitude, highly irresponsible and treat you like slaves. The work culture is pathetic. The person in charge/the government should look into this.

Worst persons. Last year i have submitted documents for updates. After visiting 3 to 4 times they collected documents. After one year they are saying case disposed because documents not provided
