It looks tiny outside but it's great inside. Modern decor and really friendly staff. I even got a hand written welcome note left on my bed. Free local Marseille soap as a gift and USB wall charging points. Great location too, half way between old port and the main train station. Superb.

A very cozy hotel very close to Vieux Port. Located on a pedestrian area, close to tram station. The room might be somehow narrow but it has all amenities required. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was good and safe that during night you may enter into the hotel by use of the key card. The breakfast was descent and it was very positive that 24hrs coffees and water provided free of charge in lobby/restaurant. A value for money choice.

Do not bring your dog to this hotel, their rooms are stuffy and have no ventilation and are not suitable for dogs to stay at all. The hotel staff told me I could open the window if I wanted ventilation (meaning my dog will be in the cold), and even said that the tiny ventilation fans in the toilet will be sufficient for ventilation.

I immediately booked another hotel because I don’t want to endanger my dog’s wellbeing. When I left, the hotel manager (a woman named Belkhiss) told me I will get a full refund and said I will receive an email confirmation. A day later, the hotel only refunded 3 of 4 nights that I paid for. So they’re running a scam on top of lying that their hotels are suitable for dogs. Do not stay with your dog.

May be because we use to stay in nice hotels 3-5 stars I just cant put it higher. Honestly I expected a little but higher level for price paid. May be uts about location but this hotel very high on Marselle list and I can see advantages such as location, its walking distance from old port, it was clean enough and provided free coffee and tea which was great but again if it would be under $100-120 considering very small room no breakfast including, not the best area and no views and that there is no other service than person near front door cant put 4 stars. Taxi stop across rails for tram and you need to walk with your luggage. It's okey but don't trust 5 stars reviews.

Well, definitely not good experience. I don’t understand how people can give 5 stars to this hotel. The comments are totally fake or the guests who stayed here have never been to a nice and clean hotel yet it is not cheap at all. The rooms were dark and tiny. Bathroom had a very bed smell. The cleaning is not good enough, towels are thin and with stains plus smelly. You don’t want to touch the curtains because they had blood as people killed mosquitoes on them. I guess they never wash them. Every night you have to go to the reception to renew your room card or you are locked out; there is no one at reception after 11 pm so have to figure out how to do it yourself as there is no guide (Lucky of you if you know some french). The location is very central indeed but not nice at all with bad restaurants nearby. I don’t know if hotels have the same standard in Marseille but if i have to stay in Marseille again and I have a car, I would definitely stay in a small boutique hotel south near beaches. In overall stay away!

The hotel itself is very average, nothing special. However, our stay was completely ruined by the shockingly disrespectful and rude attitude of the staff.||||Let's be clear: the place is mediocre. The breakfast is basic and you have to fight the crowds because there's never enough space. The neighborhood is unpleasant, dirty, and has a lot of homeless and drunk people around. Our room was facing the street and was incredibly noisy; we could hear shouting and music all night, even with the window closed.||||But the absolute worst part was the receptionist's attitude. The hotel made a mistake: our Booking.com confirmation clearly stated a check-out time of 12:00 PM. Yet, at 11:10 AM, he called our room to essentially kick us out.||||When we pointed out the error, he was immediately dismissive and arrogant. He blamed Booking.com, saying it wasn't his problem. When my husband explained that it wasn't our fault either that the hotel had posted wrong information, the receptionist responded with unbelievable condescension. He made a ridiculous suggestion about a "time zone error" and said he was already "doing us a favor" by allowing us until 11:30 AM.||||We were in the middle of getting ready and had to rush out in a state of stress. He showed zero consideration for the major inconvenience his hotel had caused. His final word was, "That's your problem with Booking, not mine."||||I was utterly shocked. This is the most unprofessional and hostile behavior I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. This individual is in the wrong profession. He needs serious retraining in customer service, or perhaps he should find a new line of work where he doesn't have to interact with people.||||Do not waste your money or time here. The average facilities are not worth the terrible treatment you will receive.

Nice hotel, great location convenient to walking to major attractions and the port. Reception gave us good recommendations for food and getting around. Room was clean and tidy. Would recommend staying here!

Very good experience. In room 416 the bathroom door situation is crazy. Gotta be skinny to get to toilet seat. Change the door to open outwards, or a sliding door. Otherwise enjoyable. Spacious room, good bed, subtle air conditioning. Minibar and a tray table in room could be practical.
