Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour un séjour en famille ! Tout le confort nécessaire est présent, et la cuisine équipée est un vrai plus. Nous avons également un balcon avec une jolie vue, parfait pour se détendre.

L’appartement était impeccablement propre, et les gérants sont très réactifs si nous avons des questions. Une expérience que je renouvellerai sans hésiter ! 🤗

The location was amazing, and our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! The parking was so convenient, the apartment was stunningly decorated, and everything went effortlessly from start to finish. We’re absolutely staying here again if we’re ever back in the area!

The location is very nice as well as the neighborhood and only 10 min away from Basel. The apartment has everything you need (parking available too). The rooms were clean and looked nice and cozy (except there was a weird smell at first, smell of older furniture for example so we had to air it out). However, since we stayed in the bottom apartment, the signal was very bad (we couldn't use our data most of the time) and the provided wifi did not exist as an option - but everything else was fine.

Besonders beeindruckt war ich von der Sauberkeit und von der Lage ihren Zimmer. Vielen Dank für Ihre hervorragende Gastfreundschaft und den exzellenten Service. First off, do NOT trust the displayed price of this as they will tag on an extra 50Euro for "Cleaning fees".

Secondly, this is NOT a hotel despite verbiage in the ad saying so. There is no front desk like advertised. This is a basement unit. Be warned. This is a poor excuse for an 'AirBnB'. The email I was sent said the checkin was 4PM and the code would be sent to me in advance. It was NOT. The host didn't send me the door code and I had to make the taxi driver wait >30min to get into the "hotel", which costed me 20Euro just in having him wait. I couldn't get into contact with the host. They ignored my call 5 times, and when they finally answered on the SIXTH call they were extremely rude and wouldn't give me the door code. It was 5:30PM and they told me check-in was at 6PM. After begging, they finally agreed to send me the doorcode through email. I then had to wait another 10 minutes until I got it. Getting here was a nightmare as the roads were ripped up. My taxi driver had a total fit about the whole thing.

This was a 0/10 experience before even setting foot into the basement dungeon.

Inside, there were spiders literally crawling on my bed, I saw 3 different species of spider and 6 spiders in total in/on the bed. There were also crumbs on the bed. Clearly not cleaned. Do not trust the advertised pictures, they do not accurately represent the unit at all. The bathroom lights are automatic and on very bad timers, one will turn off while you are showering, and one will stay on for 10 minutes. The property is listed as sound proofed, but I could hear the people above me extremely loudly. There is no AC although it's advertised. There is a funky smell throughout the entire unit. I contacted booking.com that night and they said a cleaner would be sent. NOPE

The host has totally ignored all of my emails requesting compensation or a refund for this horrible experience. All I got from them was a text saying "Sorry for the inconvenience". After calling booking.com they jerked me around for weeks before offering me a measly 25% refund on this property.

I stayed at 16 other properties during my trip in this area, and every single one was miles above this for similar prices. Save your money and your mental health. Look elsewhere.
