Appartement très bien situé et très agréable à Segré. Facilité d'accès : boulangerie, restaurants, banques, pharmacie, bar... Sans oublier le parking à proximité. Merci beaucoup à Cédric pour ce lieu chaleureux.

Logement Duplex de Zola ,proche centre ville, très lumineux, spacieux, neuf et tout équipé. Situé dans une rue calme, Parking proche de la location.
Organisation parfaite, draps de lit et bain fournis, petit plus café et thé que nous avons apprécié à notre arrivée.
Echange mail et téléphonique courtois et cordial.
Notre séjour fut très agréable dans ce logement et c'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons.

Agréable séjour dans le nid douillet Terracota de Segré. Appartement très propre, les échanges téléphoniques avec Cédric cordiaux, les instructions d'arrivée et de départ sont très clairs. Une bonne adresse.

Appartement spacieux et propre dans l’ensemble
Mais AUCUNE insonorisation avec l’extérieur et les autres étages
Donc comme il y a un pub ouvert jusqu’à 2h du matin… et que le premier locataires est parti à 7 h … la nuit fut courte surtout quand c’est un déplacement professionnel

Appartement sympathique et spacieux.
C’est agréable d’avoir du linge qui sent bon la lessive.
Petit bémol pour le bar bruyant en face heureusement qu’il ferme tôt 😊
