Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Robert along with the entire staff have given me the highest level of care while teaching me so much about what my medical issues were and how to address them. They are two of the kindest people I have ever met in my life and their level of care and professionalism is unmatched. They have made my life worth living. Great place for LGBTQ+ healthcare. I’m one of their frequent patients who gets FREE HIV/STD testing and PREP. They offer a lot informational brochures in their office for various free/low cost treatments. Staff is very friendly too, especially Dr. Duy who is knowledgeable and gives personalized care.

Dr. Duy and the rest of the staff at Radiant are the best. I am grateful for all the resources they offer. I'm able to get my blood work done in house and they even had a therapist I was able to see. Highly recommend to anyone in the LGBTQIA+ Community

Providers are nice, but the front desk is not helpful at all when it comes to scheduling , they Do not work with getting you in as a priority. Instead they tell you they dont have any near by openings and reccomend you to go to urgent care lol

Terrible staff, the worst service I experienced in my life. My mother-in-law is 97 years old she is doctor Duy's paciente. She has an accident where she brooked her wrist and pubic bone. She supposed to see an Orthopedic in 3 days from her accident which acure on 12/ 3 / 2023, today is 12/19/23 and we still with no Orthopedic. Referral Coordinator keep making the same mistake over and over.
1 Referral Coordinator send the referral to a Don Pediatric, which does not care with wrist our pelvis.
2 Referral Coordinator send the referral to Ninh, Christopher C, which does not care with wrist our pelvis.
I have called and send emails explaining that this doctor does not care with wrist our pelvis.
Has been 3 weeks and they don't solve the problem. This is a big disrespect with a 97-year-old lady. Negligence pure negligence.
