Nice selection of Toy haulers. Mark was very helpful and willing to show and explain the different features of the trailers and even powered up a unit to push out a pop-out. Definitely worth checking them out if you are looking for a new toy hauler.

Went in there to buy a toy hauler and at first it wasn’t too bad but then it’s become very frustrating. Discussed a price, they would only go lower if we used their financing, fine whatever. They ran my husbands credit 9 times, and we were denied and then said they had the wrong phone number and couldn’t get ahold of my husband. Finally got financing out of the way and it was ours, we kept waiting for our trade in to get paid off since a payment was coming. They once again said they had the wrong phone number, even though I corrected the phone number and told them to call me instead, and the price we had settled on was wrong in their books and we still owed them money. Had to go back and fourth with our numbers to be correct and it was their mistake, was told to do the payment and we would get reimbursed, which we were thankfully. They said that we also payed too much in taxes that we would get reimbursed, still haven’t seen it and it’s been over a month since we’ve purchased. Still haven’t received our registration or plates and I’ve called and left a voicemail regarding both and still haven’t heard back from them. Let’s not even mention they sold us a brand new RV with a broken air conditioner. When you buy it they say they make sure the RV is good to go and when the summer heat came we’ve found out that one of our air conditioners doesn’t work and have been having to work with the air conditioning manufacturer. If you’re looking to purchase an RV I would suggest going elsewhere.

The staff started out being helpful and just asking if we had any questions. We told them we were just killing some time on a Sunday and were not in the market to buy anything, so as not to waste their time. Five minutes later we were hounded by 2 other salesmen who were very pushy and insisted on us telling them how much we could afford and what kind of tow vehicle we owned. Again, we told them we were just looking & comparing with no intention of buying. They continued to press for information and followed us to the next 4 trailers, making everyone in our group uncomfortable. We then left and will not come back to this dealer when it is time for us to make our new purchase. Not everyone who walks onto a lot is a buyer and it's too bad that was not recognized.

Been trying to get a response from them via email for over a month......this place sucks....we made an offer over 2 weeks ago the salesman MACKEY sent an email saying he was on top of our offer.....haven't herd a dam thing back from them......must be time to go to trailer hitch RV in nipomo........at least when they say they will email they do. I can only imagine how bad the follow up service would be if we did purchase an RV from them.

Was there 2yrs ago n was impressed with what. I saw !! The salesman was pushy to see what I can afford n all we wanted was to see what me n my wife wanted in the future for retirement !! Let's see how they are when I go after I eat lunch?

Wow. Extremely rude younger guy driving around on a golf cart. Arrogant, uninterested in helping, and even mad at us for looking at potential vehicles to purchase. I wouldn't recommend coming here to a single soul.

Thought they had a great selection but just way over priced compared to the market place. I did not buy yet and will give them a shot to price compare when I do.

I've only been there once, but what I've seen it is a very respectfully place to go looking for a toy hauler or motor home. They are very reasonable with there prices.
