Have visited twice both on weekdays for late lunch.

So far have tried a few of their dishes and all were very good.
Being a carnivore, I must say, they do their pork (grilled) right ?
The vegetable side that came with dishes were the perfect pairing. I am not even sure if those julienned veggies were just fresh or were pickled. They were just so good.

Another thing I found fascinating was how much I loved their fried egg. Yes, you read that right....fried egg! For me, it's the perfect fried egg!

Service is excellent, specially from the lady with long hair worn in pony tail.
Very warm and welcoming.

On the downside, their coffee is at best a 2.5/5.

Still, deserving 5-⭐ in my opinion and will be 1 of my go-to for good food.

My wife and I love this restaurant. The service is great, and they have a wide variety of food. The restaurant is very clean and spacious, something we weren’t really expecting. We’ve been here three times, and every time we’ve ordered (and enjoyed!) the clams. They’re simply a must try. Truly a hidden gem of a restaurant!

2022 UPDATE - We’ve tried an abundance of Vietnamese restaurants in the Denver metropolitan area and this is hands down the best. The food quality is amazing, and certainly worth the price premium over other restaurants in the region.

Saigon Bistro is conveniently located next to the GW Asian market. They have a wide variety of vietnamese food, more options compared some of the other local vietnamese restaurants. Their food is tasty, served by some friendly staffs. We enjoyed our lunch there

Traveling from out of state and stumbled upon this hidden gem. Food was really good, and service was great! Will need to revisit next time to try other items on their large menu.

Really good pho, enjoyed the extra fatty bone rib add on. Egg rolls were excellent and different then I every had. The broth really good, plenty of flavor and decent portions. Will definitely come back.

Nice place to eat. Food is good. Lots of parking. I got the coconut curry chicken soup with steamed rice and egg rolls. Delicious. Ample parking. They have gluten-free options.

3/3/22-This place may be on the pricer side, but this is the first time in a long time where I ate somewhere new and the quality of the food actually matches the price. I had the combo, 36a, and the best part was both the egg rolls and the shrimp. I also tried some of my mom's tofu and it was even good. I was also expecting them to be slow during the lunch rush, but I was surprised at how quickly I got our food. I know I'll be going back to this place to try other things on their menu.

Nice ambience. I didn’t expect a Vietnamese restaurant to be so clean and neat and this place proved me wrong! Appreciate all the attention to detail that this place has from including pictures in the menu to having wall decorations throughout the restaurant. Service was on point. Appetizers didn’t quite live up to my expectations but will be back to try the main dishes!

Update: I was back to try their salad, rice paper wraps, and deep fried fish. All were so delicious! I am picky about the Vietnamese authenticity and these dishes didn’t disappoint.
