This place used to be great. But like a few other thrift stores they seem to be skating on their reputation. I don't know how they get their merchandise but I'm assuming it's free but the last few items I was thinking about buying their I googled and they were cheaper brand new. I mean just outrageous prices.$3 for a picture frame from Dollar tree?$3 for a composition notebook that's all creased. The clothing electronics all way overpriced. I used to go to this place in high school and was awesome and then I stopped going for a few years and I come back and it's gone to the dogs management needs to be replaced

I like the updated self kiosk, however in regards to having a more open experience, it's pretty dull. I feel like when I walk into the store I am automatically getting eyes from people as if I robbed the place already multiple times. Don't get me wrong Walgreens does the same thing on swan and Broadway. I think other than these things the city seems to not relate to me in any other way with self image in the past. It's not a negative thing.

What can I say about Mondays at Savers?!? Half of EVERYTHING!!! And what a selection they have... nice easy checkouts now with self check out lines. I hadn't been in years and went with my daughter on Monday night. I had expected a long line to check out (like in the olden days ha ha), but was presently surprised when I didn't have to wait in line! The employees were very kind and helpful... way to go Savers and employees! Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

Thrifting is economical and good for the planet! Plus when current fashion insists on selling styles that you don't personally like, you can wait out the distasteful trends by buying second hand. This store is well organized, but I downgrade it because there are no fitting rooms. (You don't save money or help the planet if you come home with a bunch of clothes that you don't end up wearing. Maybe you can return items, but that is not clear on their website. I dread the idea of having to drive back there to make a return, so, for me, it's not worth the hassle of buying clothes there to begin with.)

John and Blake helped me in an employee mix up/miscommunication regarding the store’s return policy a couple of weeks ago. Both were so good natured and understood the genuine mistake! I appreciate the understanding, working with me, and the willingness to move forward- what a great team!

UPDATE: This place seriously worries me. I recently witnessed abusive/negative behavior by both employees and customers since my last review. Saw an employee loudly scream angrily at another employee in front of check-out. On another occasion overheard loud snarky mean remarks about customer/s and other employee by girls working here. I dont want to shop in a hostile/toxic environment or be here when someone pisses off the wrong person. Tucson seems to be getting too crazy. Not worth the risk to me. Three stars are now a one star.

I have shopped here since the 1990's. I have always found quality clothes and other items here. There have been a few changes. They claim to be LGBTQIA2S+ PRIDE friendly with sticker on their business window. I don't recall seeing that before.

They removed the changing rooms a long time ago. So know your size. Once saw a strange lady peel off her pants in an isle to try on an item off the rack. So be prepared for very odd encounters.

They did hire security at one point that use to hang out at the entrance. Didnt see him though on my recent visit. Overheard a loud frustrated employee saying folks walk out without paying all the time. Sad times.

Frankly, I don't care if a shirt is $7 it's still a better price than a lot of stores. No sense in complaining about prices. I've shopped here long enough to know that inflation happens. So I recommend waiting for the 50% off mondays. Just make sure to show up early that day if you want a parking spot, or be willing to wait for a space. Place gets flooded with folks.

Nice resale shop with wonderful selections. Friendly staff and easy check out. I do however, find the pricing somewhat elevated for being able to get the same things of similar quality at other resale shops. All items are organized very well. You will not have any trouble finding what you want.

Pretty well organized. I’m not a big fan of the collection of somewhat-related items in the bags for sale, but I get the reason. The prices are way too high, though, for second hand. All mens t-shirts, regardless of quality or brand, were $7.99. Hardly a deal for thrift. Not too many true vintage items available. Lots of newer, second hand items
