Washroom was too small..s stsrs for the reception lady staff in the morning perfectly handled the guests and even asking for the feedback...akash the house keeping team is always cheerful and eager to help...restaurant staff is not so responsive during the breakfast..

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Despite the cozy room size, it was clean with a well-maintained bathroom. Ample luggage space was a plus, and the room had tea bags, sugar, and coffee powder with a kettle. The location is good and parking is available for 2-3 cars. The only small downside was there was a lot of shouting and noise from the bar below till 12:30 in the night which hindered our sleep a little bit.

I recently stayed at The Grand Shaurya in Indore and was very disappointed. The staff, especially Sonia Banwari, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Additionally, the rooms were very small and cramped, making for an uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are better options in Indore with superior service and accommodations.

* Not for family stay at all. Unmarried couples are also allowed to stay
* location is good
* breakfast is so so
* rooms and battrooms were very very small
* very less space for extra beddings
* warm complimentary bottles were provided and if you want to exchange with the cold one you have to pay for it
* in washroom they was almost no space between toilet seat and wash basin
* nice firangi cafe on ground floor but the problem is that they switched off the dj music only after 11:30 pm so it is impossible for the guest to sleep before 11:30 every
* Behaviour of the hotel staff and room service was good.

Overall hotel is great for stay and entertainment.There is firangi bar in the hotel premises so we got free entry plus 50% discount on and beverages and food which we consume. Hotel Spot is too wonderful and service staff was also supportive and kind to respond to customer. We(me and my friends) are from Gujarat and travelled to Indore and we found the same environment there we assumed before our trip. I'll recommend this hotel forever in Indore trip.?❤️?

Had a wonderful stay at The Grand Shaurya Indore recently along with family. The location of the hotel is just amazing as it is situated in one of the most posh area of Indore and surrounded by so many food eateries. The location is also convenient to reach most of the tourist attractions including Ujjain highway.

Here are Pros & Cons of the Hotel based on my experience:-

Pros - Location, value for money, complimentary breakfast, their service & hospitality, food quality, parking facility, flexibility, transparency

Cons - Comparatively small rooms (not recommended 3 people to stay in a single room), there is a Bar on the ground floor and because of LIVE music being played till 11.30 pm every day there will be disturbance), no major problem except these two

If you ignore these 2 cons then this place will certainly be a wonderful place to stay.

Hotel is in a very good location surrounded by many eateries, a mall and commerical building's.
Rooms are clean and the staff was responsive on every occasion.

Sonia at the reception has been very polite and helpful.

Do expect loud music till 11 pm, as there is a Firangi Bar that attracts many youngsters from Indore.
