Made an appointment but was told to wait in line with people that did not make appointments. The line went outside the building. DMV incompetence is cute and all, but it would be nice for someone at the office to put a little effort into improving their terrible service.

Took my behind the wheel test at this center. The examiner (I forgot his name) was very chill and helpful. The ambiance is way better than the other DMV offices in LA. I will definitely recommend this center for your DL stuff.

I have tried to use this office a few times. Experience has always been poor at best. Can’t wait for it to be replaced by a few self service kiosks that actually work. Then I can only be frustrated at myself and not the wasted tax dollar incompetency.

Absolutely unacceptable response and service. Turned away three times after bringing every single piece of paperwork they asked for each time. Then they add more. Including asking for some hand written note from my employer. It’s insane and they were never going to help me I had to go to a different DMV. Had zero problems at a different dmv office. Shameful. I had a very pleasant experience, even without any advanced appointments, they were able to take care of my request under 30 minutes.

My DMV driving test instructor (#12) was very nice and professional in everyway! I though I was driving some CEO of the company right next to me because she seem so sharp, postive energy with professional attire! Anyways, had such a wonderful experience! ?

I think we can all agree that going to the DMV is nobody's favorite experience. Unfortunately, this DMV is uniquely bad and its staff distinctly incompetent. The operation is run by gloomy and hostile employees whose raison d'être is to make life more difficult more Californians. They are unable or unwilling to answer simple questions and frequently give the wrong answer so often that one begins to wonder whether or not they are doing it on purpose. Requests for help are met with blank stares and garbled responses. If you go in with one problem, you will emerge with three or four new problems on top of your original unsolved problem. Stay as far away from here as possible.
