Wow !!! It was an unbelievable experience working with Nancy and Tourism Cafe, none like any other I have experienced before. I and Cozy Corner Suites participated in travel package training with a group of people in the Watrous/ Manitou, Saskatchewan area.
Nancy was amazing. She was super knowledge about the travel industry. She was helpful beyond words, not only about putting together travel packages. She also assisted me in setting new rates for the suites, revising our website to be more informative,
tailoring the template for the costing of the travel packages to accommodate for our suites all being priced differently, and answering my very many questions !!! Lastly, she was so very timely in her responses. Quite frankly, I do not know how she did it. Nancy is an incredibility talented woman, juggling so may balls and I feel super blessed to have been coached by her.

And I cannot forget Kristi. Her assessment of our website from the "Lense of the Traveller" was very enlightening and educational.

The Lift program was great. I was inspired and motivated by the whole group. More than that, I was able to work out ideas and details of my own plans to expand and offer guest experiences. We were given so much great information, concrete tools to use, and full access to experienced coaches and industry experts. Absolutely invaluable. I'm now preparing for a whole integrated food-culture offering at both my rental accommodations AND seasonal restaurant. This is going to be a fantastic summer!

I recently participated in a "Remarkable Experience" workshop hosted by Nancy Arsenault, Tourism Café. What a truly “remarkable” experience!!!

As a professor who teaches tourism experience design, it was nice to have confirmation that what I was teaching was in line with industry best practices and to get some great new ideas to improve the student experience. Nancy's content and delivery, including the activities and case study's provided, were engaging and compelling. Great networking and idea generating event, if nothing else!!
