I'm speechless about the amazing service I've just received: I needed a ticket to move from Delhi, ready for both trains and airplanes, they checked all the solutions availables, suggesting and explaining how everything works (especially the train). I thought they only gave informations, but not, they also buy the ticket for me there!
Even more, I also needed to buy a SIM card, and you know what? I get it there too!!! A guy has come proceeding with the selling, in less than 10 minutes I had my SIM card already working!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, sadly the lowest has to be 1 star. Firstly, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE ANY GOOD REVIEWS OF THIS PLACE. I was manipulated into going to this place when I arrived at Delhi railway station. I must admit fault in believing the first “friendly” appearing face in India who told me I needed to go here to collect a tourist pass as Delhi was supposedly locked off post Divali. However I was a solo backpacker and very gullible and this was taken advantage of. Anyway, this tourist centre told me that my hotel was difficult to reach as “certain areas of Delhi were closed post divali” and said he could get me a refund for the hotel and help me book into another hotel of my choice. After ringing a number, things started to click in my brain and slowly realising it was a scam when he started offering me too good to be true tourist packages. This place will get you to buy tourist packages that don’t exist and have deals with local hotels to cancel your booking and take some of the cut. Luckily I only lost out on the money on my hotel as I booked another hotel to get away from the city, but I can’t stress enough; DO NOT GO HERE or if you do, do not believe anything you are told. Furthermore, if you do find yourself here and need to get out, book an Uber rather than taking a tuk tuk stationed outside as they scam also.

⛔️⛔️‼️‼️*Beware of Scams Near Delhi Train Station!‼️‼️⛔️⛔️

I experienced a well-organized scam when I arrived at Delhi train station. My hotel was only a 10-minute walk away, but a man approached me, speaking fluent English, and told me I needed a "permit" to enter the neighborhood where my hotel was located. He directed me to a so-called "tourism office."

When I tried to cross to the other side of the station, another man at a "security checkpoint" told me the area was only for travelers and insisted I needed a pass, again directing me to the same fake tourism office. He even helped me get a tuk-tuk, which was part of the scam.

The tuk-tuk driver took me to a fake tourism office on a main road with big signs to make it look official. Inside, a man acted very friendly, offered me tea, and tried to convince me that my hotel was in a bad neighborhood with pollution and crime. He then tried to sell me an overpriced tour package for €1,800. I realized it was all fake and left immediately.

Advice:
- Don't talk to strangers offering "help" near the station.
- Ignore anyone claiming you need permits or passes.
- Go directly to your destination and double-check all information online or with verified sources.
- you have the right to say no and ignore people approaching you on the street, that my advice after 2 weeks in india

Stay cautious and safe!

SCAM, stay away!

Coming out of New Delhi Railway, everyone (“officers” and riksha drivers) told us we need to get a tourist permit due to the festivals going on at the moment. Our driver even said he cannot take us to our accommodation without said permit and took us to this FAKE tourist information.

Once I went inside, the staff said “there are some problems in the area” and pretended to call my hotel. Once I said I had already spoken to the hotel myself, he said I can go without the permit — he realized that he could not scam me.

My hotel confirmed that this was a common tourist scam. They will try to convince you that Delhi is not safe and take you to an expensive accommodation.

Every government approved tourist Office is a complete lie they talk you into buying a dream trip and give you a nightmare even a clued in person like myself fell for it they have an answer for everything and act like your best friend and show you pictures/videos of happy customers which is probably a lie too.they over charge by 4 times the amount remember traveling India is cheap and you can book your own flights and train the same way they do. Just don't do it I'm leaving this review to help others!!

Everything about this place from start to finish was a scam. Started in what now seems like an orchestrated scam with our taxi driver from the airport. In all they convinced us our accommodation was cancelled and then they attempted to convince us we needed to book our whole trip. - without our own internet and phone were at the wim of believing. Lucky we were cautious and all that came from it was an exhausting and long day.
Avoid entirely!
