I bought a trailer from this company and regret it. They treated me like a sucker from the get go. The problem I had was with the customer service. The first problem I had was they called me and told me I needed all six tires replaced on my trailer before I could take it. Then They prepped my trailer for my walk through and were 2 hours late. They told me that when I got my trailer, I'd be able to go camping that day because they do a VERY good job getting it ready for delivery. When I walked through the trailer, it was embarrassing. It looked as though they hosed the outside off, and did nothing else. The microwave was broken and they said they would replace it, but never did. They said they ordered a few other parts that needed replacement, but I never got them. I tried multiple times over the course of a few months to get them to fix what they said they would, but they never did. They kept giving me the run around. My fault for choosing them I guess. I would not recommend this business to any true friend. I ended up fixing all my own problems at my own cost, and spent about 6 hours of my own time getting my trailer ready for my first trip. Lesson learned.

Folks this place is awesome. My wife and I were interested in moving up to a fifth wheel TT. We are shoppers and looked for months at every place in town. We found exactly what we wanted Kirsten was the one who helped us out. She was awesome as We had many questions and always answered my calls or called me back even on her day off when out of town. Skyler was very fair even when I asked for an additional discount and a few additional items. We bought a new trailer for 5k or more less than anywhere else. And the guys in the shop have been great as well they even through in an extra battery. Had a few items needing attention which they addressed promptly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking. Thanks team

Absolutely amazing company to buy from. (Keep in mind I work in the car industry) I was looking locally on RV Trader in WA and found these guys in Fresno with WAY lower prices than our local dealerships. I contacted them and everything went smooth. From Oscar to Skylar and Michael I have ZERO complaints. They are absolutely AMAZING! Never thought buying a trailer out of state and having it shipped could be so easy. Prices ROCK. People ROCK. There's no needs for you to go anywhere else. Our family and friends love the trailer and we will be sending them to Toy Haulers because I know I can trust them. Ask for Oscar in sales!

I purchased my trailer from Toy Hauler Liquidators. I had a couple of warranty issues to be repaired. I spoke with Steve at the Service Center to setup an appointment. They showed me what needed to be replaced and completed the repairs while I waited. My thanks to Steve and the tech that serviced my trailer I appreciate their prompt and professional service.

Bought a brand new trailer from them. Went to go pick it up and half the stuff wasn't working. They ran my trailer down a chain link fence and didn't offer to fix it, just gave me a few bucks back and told me to figure it out. Came with a dead battery, only filled one propane tank. Taking my trailer do a different dealer to get all my warranty work fixed. They lied about alot of things straight to my face. Never sending anyone over to this place again, or my trailer to get fixed what their inspector missed when they receive the trailers.

Great products, good prices but no "follow through" from the sales guy. Basically I got lied to by the sales guy or he just conveniently forgot all his promises when it came time to pick up my RV a week after I bought it. Service bay workers were great, most of them indicated that they usually get stuck explaining to the customers why the sales guys promised things that they can't deliver on. I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you have the time to do the "follow through".

Found this Toyhauler Liquidators online look at 3 weekend warrior SLC3905 call Tony put down a deposit with Kirsten. Kirsten then became honest with me about the shape and condition the toyhaulers where in. I asked for a refund on my deposit that I put down over the phone, it's been 5 days and NO refund. So at this point I am calling the better business bureau and I filed a fraudulent charge on my card with my credit company. Beware of buying or calling this company at all in regards to the Toyhauler.

It has been a trying experience dealing with the service department, however Johnny has saved the day. The company has gone through service managers this last year, but is attempting to get everything resolved. The people are all pleasant to deal with. Just make sure the service department has been corrected. The products are very good. We have owned our trailer for a year now, and issues are finally getting resolved. I will update again later after all is fixed.
