Leaving patients without access to prescriptions therefore without access to medication. People on the phone do not care with the fact that i have no medication. I have only been waiting since the 27th august

Its a good hospital far better by far than the RLI as management on the wards are just as bad with the management that run it.How the RLI is run is shocking with treating people and certain staff members and the attitudes they need taking down a peg or too when treating patients when they think they know best which they dont when they have just come from school the way they act.Its a shame for the better staff that treat you right and do the job properly working with them

My daughter was seen today in trauma and orthopaedics out patients following a foot fracture the nursing staff and Imaging staff were very helpful, cheerful and courteous, we saw Professor Patel and I cannot speak highly enough of him! He was clear and concise, he explained everything perfectly he was genuinely interested in doing his utmost best for my daughter, we are seeing him again in 6 weeks. We left feeling fully reassured and informed. I would highly recommend Professor Patel and his staff! 5 star seamless service !!

Why does the waiting lists office at Barrow in Furness have an answer phone service promising to return calls after you leave your details, when in fact they do not call back ?
