I had a terrible experience at this toy store. many of the toys were either broken or missing parts. Prices were outrageously high for the low-quality items they were selling. Staff was a bit unprofessional Overall, it was a huge disappointment, and I would never shop here again.

This might be the best toy store I've been to. It's huge and has everything. It has three levels of fantastic items!

The store has entire sections of the store devoted to specific types of toys

section for stuffed animals
section for outdoor games

I love that this toy store has books. It seems like a great one stop shopping place for anything related to kids gifts.

Smartest of all, the Toy Store has a registry type system for birthdays. Your child gets a basket, you walk around the store and he/she fills with basket with toys she'd like and then you put it on the birthday basket shelf with his/her name and birthday filled out on a card. You tell friends that he has a birthday basket at The Toy Store. Friends go to the toy store to pick out a gift and they look through your child's basket for something they want to give and then they buy it. Brilliant!

this place was very nice and i loved the people that work here! They helped me and my kid out with getting him a toy car and they also gave me a really good discount if i could say something about this place i would genuinely give it a 10/10 overall best toy store i’ve ever been too!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Me and my husband went inside to buy a hooverboard and I was the hesitant one to buy it from this place from the beginning but my husband insisted since we were already at this mall. We bought it and they gave us an open box hooverboard which is not the problem, we did ask to check if everything was there and we trusted them enough that they confirmed that everything was inside the box. As soon as we got home my son noticed they didnt give him the charger for it so a few days pass and I went back and asked nicely for one. They were nice enough to give me one, then I come home and notice its the wrong one, my husband comes back from work and he goes this time and he changes the charger and they again give him the wrong one. ? Now we just went yesterday and told them about it again to see if we could get a different charger since we did pay $180 for that hooverboard. They said they found one and tried charging us $25!!! $25 after we had initially bought the hooverboard ?. They made us feel like they were not at fault, but I have a feeling they already knew that hooverboard didnt have one and gave it to us on purpose to get rid of it. I have never in my life given a business a bad review, so this is my first time doing this but what they did is very wrong and im very mad because that was my sons bday gift!! and he was so exited and he didnt even get the chance to ride it. ? Dont give these people your money, its not worth it.

It is a great place to shop if you are looking for a unique and educational toy. Plus the prices are very reasonable. Another bonus is this is a locally owned store which makes it even better.
